One again this year, the Genal Valley exhibits a colorful picturesque view. In the second half of November and the first of December, the chestnuts trees form a natural landscape of infinite shades also known as The Copper Forest, The Copper Spring or the Enchanted Forest.

When the chestnut harvest ends, the forest gift the inhabitants of these littles towns, and the hundreds of hikers and visitors who come to enjoy it every year, with a chromatic view by islowly changing and covering the mountains of yellow, oranges, ochers, gold and browns that form a multicolored carpet of leaves on the floor.
